how does the rush process work

Okay so someone that actually understands the process of how and when bids go out could you post it up?

Chapters have been giving out bids all day today and throughout the next few days. If you don’t hear back from chapters or don’t get bids, you can always participate in the second wave of recruitment which starts Wednesday, Feb 6th. Usually information gets updated on ifcindiana.org

They only participate if they need more members so some will but most should get what they need this round.
