Nah I doubt they’ll jump much. Might take a few PCs before either of them move up. Both have some weird guys.

Every chapter has "some weird guys". Yes, having a house definitely boosts your standing. If you pledge now, you will probably be two or three tiers higher by senior year.

Without the house they're compared to the likes of beta sig and dchi, now keep in mind nobody knew beta sig before they got a house nor did they pair at all. Think of the big jump in social tiers next year these guys will have.

first of all, tiers are stupid. that being said: rome wasn't built in a day, no house is gonna go from bottom(ish) to top in a semester. however: with beta and lambda in trouble, meaning lets frats for sororities to pick from, as well as the houses they're getting it's def likely they'll get better pairs and do better socially
