Why does aphi never pair with sig chi or Fiji and pi phi ONLY pair with pi kapps and sig chi

Because Sigma Chi and FIJI don't want those sloppy drunks over there, that's why. They are not fun, act too good to be there. Parties are supposed to be fun.
