first you should express interest to the chapters doing informal.
next, you show up to the events they are hosting that are posted publicly and/or you are invited to.
present yourself nicely and in a way that flatters your body and look.
once you are there, socialize with the actives--express interest in the chapter, tell them about yourself, ask them questions about themselves, and overall get to know each other.
it's similar to formal recruitment but more relaxed.
