Per IU disciplinary list, Lambda is on a deferred suspension as of 12/20/18. Basically sounds like they did some bad stuff (dishonest conduct, hazing and alcohol), but got to do a membership review and remove the bad actors. They would need to be insanely stupid to to have done something in the past weeks to be put on C&D. Unless there is other hard evidence, that's their status.
