social life ??
by: yuhpIf a chapter I'm interested in doesn't have a huge social life, does that mean I can't have that much of a greek social life? A lot of people have told me that you control how often you want to go out and party, but I'm scared that by joining a house that doesn't have a huge social life I won't be able to go to a lot of things if that makes sense?? idk

I’m assuming you have a friend or two who may join another chapter. Many of my friends went to other chapters than me but that doesn’t stop us from going to football and basketball games together. I’ve gone to their philanthropy events and they’ve come to mine. Occasionally we may be on the guest list for a pair but try not to overdo it.
Yes, you can still have a good social life even if the chapter as a whole may not be pairing as much as others. There are also other ways to get involved even being in a sorority, like IUDM. Many of us are involved in other things as well as our chapters.
