Y’all really think KSig wants to remodel the house for the couple years they’re gone and put all that money into it for the super short time they’ll be there? SK has been lying to pnms since and during last recruitment about their housing situation so I think any information about them needs to be taken with a grain of salt!!

Kappa Sig is not leasing to a fraternity. They don't want the damage to the house, if it's not SK then it will be ASA. My Dad is on the housing board of his fraternity and he's friends with one of the Kappa Sig board members. Until both SK and ASA turn it down, it will not go to a fraternity. And we all know neither of those two chapters will pass. So it is a two horse race, you just picked the wrong two horses. :)

Down vote all you want, but it's true. It was obvious they would get it. They have been good tenants at Phi Psi. They have the numbers to pay the mortgage.
