process starts now with the housing corps of any interested organization submitting startup letters and over the next few two months some more interviews, bids, more bs etc. Will probably knwon by end of February if not sooner, since kappa sig housing corp may want someone to fill it for the spring

How is anyone going to fill it for the spring? Most people have leases that can't be broken.
