new tier system

I think this new numbered system is way better than up, top, bottom

1. Sig Chi, Pi Kapp, Fiji Beta, ZBT
2. Sammy Phi sig, Acacia, AEPi, SAE, Phi Delt, Lambda
3.Sig Ep, Sig Pi Theta Chi, DU, DChi, Beta Sig,
4. Pike,Phi Psi ,Skulls, Alpha Sig, PiLam
5. Phi Tau, AKL, KDP, DKE, TEP
