by: New pnmI heard that because there are so many girls in this freshman class and one less house that there willl be a lot of girls with no bids at the end of the process. Especially because this is probably one of the most stuck up , think they deserve to be in top tier houses groups of girls in a long time. If you look at the numbers only about 1200 girls if that will receive bids.

I rushed last January, and about 1200 girls got bids. You know what though? By Sisterhood round, at least half of the girls dropped out because they got cut from the ones they liked. If you want a bid, you will most likely get one if you keep your mind open and stick with the process. I had a horrible rush, since I got cut from almost every house I liked very quickly. I didn't start to like the chapter I'm in now until pref round, and even when I got the bid, I wasn't sure. But now I'm living in the house and absolutely love it!
TL;DR a lot of the freshmen who are rushing just want top tier, so when they get cut, they'll most likely drop. If you truly want a good sisterhood, think for yourself and give all of the chapters a chance.

If you’ll accept a bid to any housed chapter you have nothing to worry about (that gives you 20 options). If you choose to limit your options even further don’t be shocked when you’re in the 50% of girls who’d rather be an irrelevant geed then join one of our amazing chapters
