how does informal work? I know you have to be invited back to specific chapters but if you do get invited back what should you expect?

Some chapters host open invite and some are invite only. Pay attention to what your friends in chapters say and be on the look out for postings. Ask your rho gam to keep you in the loop for open informal recruitments and follow social media.
