numbers for rush?

Anyone know the actual numbers of how many signed up and actually started this year? I heard around 1,800 signed up but talking to someone it sounded like a little over 100 didn't start the process. Curious if anyone knows the actual number of women who actually started the process this year and what does that mean for quota?
