I want to join an organization next fall that will last all four years. Are there certain frats I should avoid?

If your smart, you will be able to tell the good from the bad. If multiple brothers give off the impression that they think they're above the rules, they might be fine, but they also might be in for a surprise.

Remember that hindsight is 20/20.

If history is anything to go by, Pi Kapps will be next. Seems like they've been able to avoid it for awhile though.
