which frats throw the best parties?

That pretty much just goes by order of rankings. Now you can't go to parties unless you are in the frat and fair warning dues are expensive af. If you have money Pi Kapps and Sig Chi rage hard af. If you're balling on a budget check out Pike or Skulls. Stay away from Beta Sig can't stress that enough

Agree with everyone on that list except for sig pi. That's the only one I find questionable. Someone explain if I am wrong.

Substance-Free Housing
Foundation President Hammond provided a report from the North American Interfraternity Council’s (NIC) Alcohol Commission. The Board discussed the report and how substance-free policy would best be implemented and enforced. Warren confirmed that discussions will continue and a suggested plan of action for fraternity-wide substance-free facilities adoption and budget implications will be presented at the fall meeting.
