Sig Chi will move up bc faceyness/paired with Pi Phi for Little 5 and Pi Kapps will move down bc girls are choosing sig chi/beta/any other frat over them and they're paired w Chi O for Little 5 which is still borderline middle tier.

Chi O has always been top tier. Look at their pairs in the past. Don't hate.
