Cause it's a self rank, that's why! Even if they had a house they still wouldn't be anything but bottom tier.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 3.0 Overall pretty great sorority, all of the girls I've met in theta Phi love it, and are good looking girls. They have a good sisterhood. Not too good of turnouts at some pairs, but if the attendance is there, they're great to party with. Everyone should stop hating
