Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity Ratings at IU

Delta Sig throws some really in parties but still keep it classy. Some of the classiest guys I've met to be honest, they're cute too. They seem to be pretty close and the sororities they have parties with seem to love them. Definitely at the top of unhoused or at least tied for top. They won most values oriented frat at IU so you know they're good guys.

Average parties and britherhood doesn't seem very strong

DSP is NOT a top house and is ranked way too high. Just middle tier at best.

Most genuine guys on campus. Easy to get along with. They are new so they are on the come up. They don't take in whoever and are worried about the quality of guys. Also very fun and very engaged with the community. Definition of a class act

Definitely the new up and coming off-campus fraternity. I attended a sober social and there's nothing better than know that there are still some guys that care about classiness and respect rather than getting drunk and loaded. Soon will be a force to be reckoned with.

Even though new they are great group of guys. They focus on respect and brotherhood more than getting drunk. They teach members great values and look for quality guys instead numbers. The social life is picking up and relations with sororities is growing, Delta Sig is on the rise.

Although they're unhoused and new they're making a great impression at IU. They bid good looking, slightly hipster guys and they aren't afraid to only bid a few guys rather than a ton of goobers. They definitely believe in quality over quantity and that will get them places!
