They are only considered “top tier” because of how nice their house is. Unfriendly, socially awkward guys who are very into themselves. Whats up with all the guys with acne scars in this house? Don’t get me wrong, there are some cuties in this house, but this house is very overrated.

“My daddy will sue” type guys. Their parties are average at best. They are only considered “top tier” because of how nice their house is.
