Sadly, this is a top tier frat, and as all top tier frats, you get top tier d-bags. Look no further than the money, because these boys have a lot and it shows. Tinder ladies, here is where you will find that one guy who can and will make you a "trophy wife." Not all the guys are bad, however, during rush they show little interest and there is no doubt pledges get the HZ.

Had a social with them and everyone gave us really weird vibes. their new pledge class was super creepy and after like 30 minutes their party got really boring. would not feel safe here if i was super drunk

Theta Chi is a great frat. The boys are super nice and fun to talk to, they have always been very kind and considerate(they are hot too lol). The parties can be dead pretty quickly but its still pretty fun to just chill there and hang with them. Also the boys actually talk to and dance with the girls which makes it so much more fun! Love theta chi, they are definitely on top in my opinion!!
