Open Party House. Safest open parties by far, brothers just want to have fun not take advantage of people. Oh, and the ice luge was pretty ballin' too.

Love these guys--they are such gentleman. They make sure everybody has a fun but safe time. Only thing holding them back is the house location. Love the frat hounds, too.

I adore these guys. They're extremely down to earth and easy to talk to and just hang out with. Along with that, I always feel super safe at their house. They're also really good about throwing parties frequently and staying involved in the Greek community. 10/10

Middle tier at best. They are doing better though. Hopefully we'll see them get better but not in less than 3 or 4 years.

Wonderful people. Some of the brothers are kinda creepy. Mostly the older classes but the newer ones from these two years have really picked up the slack. I see good things for these guys.
