IF they get a good rush class this fall they have a very good chance of being upper mid for spring

Mod hates any frat that is his competition. Like pike and tke but reality tke is already upper. They have the numbers, achievements, pi phi pair and best out sae an established undeniable upper for another well established undeniable upper. The house, pairs, frequent adpi socials show upper mid. Not to mention phidelt falling off so hard.
