kappa sig is hated on this site but phidelt is glazed. everyone says phidelt looks fell off hard and no one sees them as top and tops would rather pair elsewhere (clearly)

I agree with TKE as Upper Mid, because lets be real they got a nice house on campus now, they going to get a good new fall PC.

Phi-Delt is falling off heavy, the only two tops are OX and ATO. Both OX and ATO know that their only comp is each other.

tke doesn’t look upper mid. an on campus house doesn’t make u pull better pledges. theta chi are way more attractive than ksig. hot guys get the hot guys to join.
