PNMS should know the truth about each chapter

Why is it that no new mc / pc / ac ‘s have been included in ranks? This goes for sororities and fraternities here. People think negatively of chapters solely off of their new classes, yet they remain in their spot?

I mean KD has a terrible pc that has taken their rep down a lot and they’re still a top… I get what you’re saying but op is right
