GPhi should get sig chi house
by: SigmaChiCriticGamma Phi Beta is the most deserving organization on this sorry ass campus to take over the sigma chi house. I heard that they are willing to pay upwards of 5 million dollars to get the house. At 7% interest rates that would be a lot of money, but their nationals are willing to pay it? If not I heard a private equity firm is looking to make it into UCF football housing for the star players, this is more than just a rumor with recent investments into UCF football stay tuned! If not maybe TKE could share it with GPhi?

Heyy yes this is me Carly at Gphi nationals. I am the owner of GPhi. And also Nationals. My dad started this sorority to try to cultivate a following of attractive young housewives. Although it didn't immediately work, he (32) was eventually able to meet my mother (17) at a PNM event, where they fell in love. He has told me he wants to buy the Sig Chi house, and he is willing to put down upwards of $17 million last I heard. He sold our shares in Israel.
