Gamma Phi Beta is the most deserving organization on this sorry ass campus to take over the sigma chi house. I heard that they are willing to pay upwards of 5 million dollars to get the house. At 7% interest rates that would be a lot of money, but their nationals are willing to pay it? If not I heard a private equity firm is looking to make it into UCF football housing for the star players, this is more than just a rumor with recent investments into UCF football stay tuned! If not maybe TKE could share it with GPhi?
