Theta Chi doesn't want it because it likely would be extremely difficult to find another house after the 5 or so years are up and Sig Chi moves back in. TKE will most likely get it because they're not broke like Dsig and have a good rep with UCF. There is a raffle going on right now for it but many chapters have turned it down because of the future housing situation.

Literally this. TKE has been the best behaved. It’s not about who’s top or mid. It’s about who deserves it in the school’s eyes.
