Let’s face it. Phi delt is only top bc lower mids and bottoms who are out of the loop run this site. They fell off a while ago and are upper mid. Having top socials doesn’t automatically make you top. Tke has top socials 😂
If KSIG, ZBT / SAE pair well this year one of them could become top. Most likely Ksig or SAE. They already have the looks, event, socials, and previous pair.

KD lost 30 girls last semester and this semester is TBD - if this site was accurate than zeta, tridelt and maybe pi phi would ALSO be above KD

ksig and zbt have awful reps.
sae is a long shot but not impossible. they have great membership and constant pull pledges more than all frats. actives and new pledges are also good looking. if they paid with kd, zeta, adpi or tridelt this year we can have that convo.
ksig is suspended so unlikely. zbt is improving

that could also be true but tops do not run this site. adpi being #1 and phidelt being top is proof of that lol.
