Tier Considerations:
Campus relevance, strong membership & retention, new member class, looks, personality, social life, philanthropy events, srat & frat relations, Greek involvement, diversity, gpa, achievements, remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house.

there are no tier rules. it’s just who’s the most popular good popularity okay popularity not popular. pairs weight into that but there’s no rules. it is not that deep at all lmao. chi o is lower mid bc they don’t have mid socials. no zbt dsig tke saeand they all have theta. every single sorority has had a top or upper social but chi o hasn’t bc they are unpopular. arpgi is lower mid bc of their pair.
chi o is above aephi bc they are a successful chapter and have a better pair.

TKE only has Theta, Chio only has Fiji. TKE & Fiji share pairs. TKE is equal to Chio. We are moving Chio up. TKE is not better than Chio, they were unpaired and last year paired w Chio

they think zbt du dsig sae is acceptable but still not the best and see them as true mid. (i know that they aren’t im just telling u how tops see it)
