If u r curious abt diversity in SRAT

for those poc or non-poc PNMs that are wondering if there is diversity in the chapters they are thinking of rushing this fall here is some info that i’ve gathered
as a poc myself i wanted to know which chapters had pocs and it was one of the factors that i took into consideration when i was rushing (im gonna count hispanics even tho hispanic is not a race)
(this is based off what is posted on Instagram from Fall 22/ Spring 23/ Summer 23):

KD- Yes they are very diverse and I love that for them I’m pretty sure that’s one of the things that makes them a strong chapter

Zeta- they have some diversity which is great I think its much more/better than other chapters

Adpi- from what ive seen they could use some work there’s prob like one or two hidden somewhere

ΔΔΔ- barely…something they definitely need to work on it

piphi- lol (ifykyk)

axid- maybe…for now ill say less than 5

theta- also putting them on the maybe list

chi o- also one of the most diverse

kkg- also diverse which is cool

Dz- very diverse good for them

gammaphib- also diverse good for them


again this IS based on what is displayed on Instagram and that in itself is a reflection of your chapter so if you got a problem…maybe do some reflecting
