It’s not a lie. The reason Phi Delt didn’t list them is because these are the rules and they don’t want to follow them.

Yes. If they want a pledge who doesn’t go to UCF, is under 2.7 GPA, is on academic probation, they will initiate him without registering him. Most frats won’t take this risk but…. some have.
