ΣΑΕ Rush Address

I was looking at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon rush flyer and it takes you to a patch of woods. Is google maps outdated or is it actually woods?

It’s literally just woods drive by there everyday got a couple of picnic tables and some benches but it’s woods
