KD/ZTA : consistently good looking but some outliers

Upper mid
DDD: won chapter of the year I guess? Doesn’t really do much

Adpi/Pi Phi: both survived scandals and have decent looking girls

Lower mid
AXiD/Theta: not really involved, has some hotties but a good amount of duds

Bottom
Chi O/Aephi: have houses
DZ: handful of cute girls and pretty nice
GPB: cool
