Can we confirm that zta at ucf would be lower tier anywhere else in the state?

to be honest, and not to be rude, it is very true. zeta at UCF is top as many know, but is not top at much anywhere else. they are bottom at almost everyone Florida college and in mid-west. I think they may be top in bama but so is gamma phi and delta zeta (who are bottom here).
