Pi kap is rising but won’t be top for a while cause the guys aren’t the best they just have a huge social budget, zbt isn’t very good they throw a big party for zbtahiti every year and blow their budget on an expensive Dj then sit around doing nothing the rest of the year. Sammy is having a rough semester and was similar last year but they are above zbt and pi kap usually. Beta is having a slow semester due to some money issues/national sanctions, and are partying less because they are putting most of their money into a wall that’s being built around their yard right now, they have been above zbt pi kap and Sammy for a while now. Theta chi is above beta and below pike, they are on suspension however but when off they will have a huge budget and a awesome new satellite house so they could be the top house by the end of spring
