TDX ❤️ SAE. Unfortunate they took the house back but still very nice guys none the less. Can’t be to upset about the house even though it felt like home but at the end of the day they own it.

This chapter is only remotely relevant because they got lucky and were able to get their house back because of good timing. Not to mention they cause drama with other fraternities for no reason other than to cause drama and look douchey and popular. Needs some serious humbling.

They are super respectful and have a great brotherhood. The guys genuinely look out for each other, whether it’s academically, socially, or just in everyday life. You can tell they value loyalty and having each other’s backs, which creates a really strong sense of trust within the group. Everyone is welcoming and easy to talk to, so it doesn’t feel cliquey or fake like some other places can. They also carry themselves well and treat others with respect, which says a lot about their values. Overall, it’s a great frat with a positive environment and solid group of guys.
