Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at Northwestern University - NU 2.8 The cellar dwellers. The house itself is solid but its inhabitants are opiate addicts, cross dressers, a handful of socially unaware dudes, and some emo kids. Very strange blend. Not douchey or entitled for the most part, more seedy and awkward. Sometimes they throw open parties though so respect for that.
