PT without K, the top/to middle in no order, is ChIO, TriDelt, Zeta, DG, APhi, and AXO. These groups ranked in the top for rushing last year. Let's have another great year for all UT sororiites.

as actual houses go, Pi Phi and Zeta have stately mansions that are similar in size and age. Kappa's house is very old and attractive but far away from a lot of activity. DG has a large house and pool, I think?? AXO pretty and looks like New Orleans. TriDelt is neat as is ChiO. Theta, can't tell from the street really, but neat as well. Oh, APHI - never been in it but seems gorgeous. AEPHI awesome location and cool look to it. Who am I leaving out?

AXD has a beautiful house with one of the best locations. ADPI has always been one of my favorites - has a lot of history, I think and a small indoor pool. Of course, KD has an awesome house that is right there in the middle of everything.

the great thing about them being so selective is that all the smart, gorgeous, down to earth guys that really like to have fun and treat girls with respect are not always in those fraternities. Guys, I've seen PKT w/those groups you categorized below (other group of frats). W/the 10% rule it's a little (tho not much) different now. But yes, basically it stays the same, and g-r-a-d-u-a-l-ly changes. My mom said when she was in school, Sig Ep was lower mediocre. That was the early 70s. Now, they are great!

Yes, things have been changing slowly at UT. PKT is not even close to what it used to be and the only people who believe that they are, are the members themselves. SO many strong houses at UT. If each and every girl goes into recruitment with an open mind, and based decisions not on their mothers experience, but their own, you would see PKT fall even further.
