Lots of young girls during orientation experience the same thing BUT NOT just at SipEp. You learn quickly to stay away from any kind of punch and provide your own. Someone just needs to educate our newcomers.

I'm not little Miss Perfect and wasn't during high school either BUT until Freshman orientation I've never had such punch before and it took me for a ride. So it happens. Now did I complain and have a fit. NO! But do I drink the punch or anything else offered to me by a guy. NO!! Don't want to find myself in her situation or worse. You just can't trust the male population anymore and that sucks.

You want to figure out the best groups, go by chapter size and gpa. That will tell you who is the strongest

If you want to do nothing but study and be in a group that will take anyone with a breath, then yeah, go only by GPA and size. You will regret it!

You can find out Gpa and size information on the UT panhellenic website. These top groups may not necessarily be the most beautiful or most social but they have their act together. To have a large group of girls and still have a high Gpa is very difficult.
