Everyone finds their spot when they go through recruitment. All sororities have pros and cons. Since this is about Theta specifically:
-nice house (big brand—the Pink House on Pearl)
-like to have fun but reeling it in since other houses turned them in for drinking
-major connections with the parent and alumni crowd, can get a good internship
-good sisterhood events and bonding
Cons:
-competitive rush, hard to get in. Mostly big towns but well-connected small town and out-of-state girls, too.
-have to deal with the rumors put out there by others
-not a lot of involvement on campus other than Panhellenic stuff

Really? How so? Please explain how they technically prioritize party girls? Are you on their executive team? Is there a party girl application? What are the qualifiers of a "party girl" coming out of high school? Are you sure you're not just posting to knock a good sorority down? Who are you, anonymous person?

With Theta it’s like high school 2.0. 🙄 It’s all about image and money and parties and hooking up. They don’t go deep and aspire to be married stay-at-home moms. So if that’s your jam, enjoy the pink house. If you want meaningful friendships with women who aspire to be more than homemakers, look elsewhere.
