I just recently went to a mixer with them before valentines. These guys all seem very nice and seemed to have a good time with one and other. I met some of the spring guys and -from what i could tell- they really seem like a good group. I really hope to mix with them soon again.

In the fifties were a top tier house but because they failed to update their house in the seventies like fiji sig Ep and SAE they fell swiftly down. This gives them strong alumni but their old house keeps them in the middle tier

The most fun I've ever had was at PIKE. I dont know how much of that actually had to do with the members themselves, but it was a good time. It's an interesting mix for sure

They're alright. Have some good guys and a lot of questionable ones. They seem pretty average at everything. Anyone like below who says they're top of the middle and above Sammy and ATO, doesn't know what they're talking about. Lower-mid is the place for them

Their house is pretty old but the guys are really relaxed and fun. They have pretty good sorority relations and overall fun parties. Atm top of the middle tier, above places like ATO and Sammy but until their house gets improved they wont be on the level as places like kappa sig and sig chi.

A solid group of guys for a middle tier fraternity... they know how to have a good time, but mostly stay out of the limelight for one reason or another.
