What happened?
Some American soldiers executed SS guards after liberating Dachau.
Why?
They were responding viscerally to the unimaginable cruelty they had just discovered.
Was it sanctioned?
No, but it was effectively ignored by higher command.
Was it legal?
Technically, no—it violated the Geneva Conventions.
Was it prosecuted?
No formal charges were brought.

First two calls (mandated reporting) ended in polite hang up, and angry hang up after stating literal made up information (‘you have been…’), nah and that’s on you.
So third call, starting with literal recitation of federal law pertaining to ‘enhanced whistleblower protections’… click?
