Is sigma chi a top frat?

Man I went to sig chi today and I already love it. There was only 7 of us pnms there today so they knew all of our names and didn’t even need a spreadsheet. They gave us free smirnoff ice and Tweas. Most of the brothers came out of the kitchen with some flour all over their noses, I really love baking as well so i’m so excited to rush. My friend told me they are a top 10 fraternity at Wisconsin, is this true?
