Weird to rank:
Pike (would be a top 4 house but unsure of their situation)

Mid but very rushable with good guys

Bouse
Acacia phi delt zbt

Lower bouse / new chapters
Sigma Chi (got the old pike house but super weird guys and prez has allegations) -> should be moving up in future years
Sigep (got the old phi delt house but weird guys)
