SX will probably end up a top 3 fraternity. Beta is dropping due to other frats being way more active socially, but chicks love them and the guys are all top quality. KS and Delt are both doing well but they need a few more years before they even sniff jumping Beta.

They are not a dry fraternity, they are only supposed to be dry in house. They can still have alcohol for off campus events, tailgates, brotherhood retreats. It's a major reason why they are viewed as more boring than other mid frats but their strong name in this region attracts a lot of good guys and girls will gravitate towards that even if they are tame socially. Don't sleep on Beta.

Pike isn't houseless they are just renting multiple smaller spots until they figure out where they want to build. It will be off campus but not too far and will be some years until it's complete. Don't sleep on Pike. Also even without a house they should be a tier up and PDT should be a tier down.
