SAE and Fiji are last of the Mohicans. Next row are the 3 next best options with 2 out of the 3 just rechartering recently but have amazing houses (SX KS). Pike is temporarily houseless but other than that this tier is rock solid and a lot of fun. Anything below that are solid but definitely a step down at UW and most other BIG conference schools.

SX will be great imo but will take a bit to get better than DU and Beta.

Replace SX with Beta and Delt with DU

OX is not and has never been mid here, it would take like 5 fraternities getting their charters removed for OX to be mid.

KS is a little too high, they need another year or two before they're where this rank has them. I'd have SX in mid but other than that not bad.

this is pretty good other than sig chi should be bottom. they have crazy potential if they have a good pc but their current guys suck
