Next row are the 3 next best options with 2 out of the 3 just rechartering recently but have amazing houses (SX KS). Pike is temporarily houseless but other than that this tier is rock solid and a lot of fun. Anything below that are solid but definitely a step down at UW and most other BIG conference schools.
