-Sae Beta and Aepi (Cam) are all being bought out by the school over the summer. This will be done in order to expand memu along the lake. Some say DU is also at risk.
- Taggs is doing a promotion with AXD.
- The frat with the skull and cross bones out front is real and does exist.
