Okay, please. Ranking below is so innaccurate. I was wondering when Pi Phi was gonna show up with the self ranking and bashing. Pi Phi's are so involved on campus and are ranked WAY too high on this site. They were considered upper middle tier... 3-4 years ago. Now they're solid middle. They have a rep for being sloppy and their pledge classes have been steadily declining... You'd be out of your mind to call them top tier. Gphi, DG, and KKG are miles ahead of them.

Recruitment seemed to have gone really well for these girls. They got a cute, fun new class (pretty much Midwestern) that appears very comparable to Alpha phi. If they can keep a lid on the excessive, sloppy partying and have another awesome recruitment next year, they'll be neck and neck with Alpha phi again.

Pi Phi, stop reverting to your old self-ranking ways just because you blew it (again) on this year's pledge class and people are referring to you as the new tri-delt. You've solidified yourself as only middle tier and could slip lower if you're not careful.

Pi Phi is a very solid upper-middle tier house. They have an awesome house, good involvement, and like to have fun. That being said, some of their girls like to party hard and give them a bad rep, but a lot of them are super fun, sweet, outgoing, and down-to-earth. They are seriously nice girls and got a really good PC this year.
