Thoughts on zbt/pikapp? Do they get girls and if they do, are they relevant?

They are basically dead mid tier and their partner is chi o. Fun guys to be around great group. But they have no relations with higher up sororities at all, best they mix with is maybe adpi.

Don’t be fooled by their parties during welcome week, they don’t mix with any sororities better then ChiO. I’d put it on a tier with Xi

Zbt is a tier below all of the top frats but they got a huge new house this year with new lights so they should be climbing the rankings this year. Good group of guys and totally worth rushing
