Dchi ranking confusion

What makes dchi be in lower mid in all these rankings when they mix with the top 3 sororities sometimes but some of the lower top frats really don't? Like what makes dchi drop a category below the lower tops ones? That they dont have a pgp?

DX is irrelevent and TEP (recycled DX) is bouse at best.
